التطبيق يتمتع بالمزايا التالية :
بحث الرحلات:
حدد رحلتك المناسبة لمواعيد سفرك وذلك بإختيار تواريخ السفر ,مسار ودرجة الرحلة .(بحد أقصى سبعة مسافربن)
يتيح لك التطبيق معرفة تواريخ سفر مرنة من خلال شريحة سهلة تقوم من خلالها بإختيار تاريخ السفر المناسب لك .
خاصية الوصول السريع لآخر البحوثات التي قمت بها .
مزايا سهلة ومريحة لخطط سفرك في أي وقت و مكان.
الحجوزات:
التطبيق يوفر لك ميزات سهلة الإستخدام بإجراء الحجز بخطوات بسيطة.
يتم تخزين كافة بيانات المسافرين بطريقة آمنة, ويمكنك استدعاء هذه البيانات بإدخال رقم هويتك عن القيام بالحجز .
التطبيق مرتبط بنظام سداد للمدفوعات ,وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين برقم فاتورة سداد عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني المسجل .

إدارة الحجز:
التطبيق يتيح لك إدارة حجزك بدأ من إختيار المقعد,تاريخ الذهاب والعودة .
إختيار وتعديل المقاعد بكل سهولة لجميع الركاب المشمولين في الحجز.
يمكنك عمل التعديلات وإلغاء الحجوزات وذلك بإدخال رقم الحجز.
بطاقة صعود القطار :
يمكنك إنهاء إجراءات السفر باستخدام بطاقة الصعود M Boarding Pass) ) وذلك بعد شراء التذاكر.
مع التطبيق , لا حاجة لطباعة التذاكر , فمن خلال خاصية بطاقة الصعود يمكنك إنهاء سفرك بكل يسر وسهولة .
بطاقة الصعود يتم حفظها على هاتفك الذكي , ولا داعي للقلق بشان بشأن الإتصال بالإنترنت .
حالة القطار وجدول الرحلات
إمكانية معرفة حالة القطار من خلال وصوله للمحطة أو تأخره .
إمكانية التعرف على جدول الرحلات اليومية من وإلى المحطات .
الإشعارات
سيتم إرسال إشعار بالسداد من خلال التطبيق عند شراء التذاكر.

All of your passengers details are securely stored with us. Get all your details filled by just entering your Id.
Our app bookings are integrated with Sadad, and users get notified with the Sadad Bill Reference by SMS & email to expedite the payments.

Manage Booking:
Our app lets you manage every aspect of travel from seat selection to get up-to-date arrival and departure times for all trips.
Select or change preferred seats for each of the passengers in the booking with great ease, well in advance.
Perform updates and cancel bookings by providing reservation number.

mBoarding Pass:
Check in of passengers while on the move using our mBoarding Pass feature, after buying tickets.
No more printing out boarding passes at the last minute - with the new App you can get boarding passes for the passengers, saved to your smartphone.
Boarding pass are saved on iPhone and you dont have to worry about connectivity while at the station.

Train Status & Schedules
Search and track our trains for the latest arrival and departure times.

Notifications:
SRO will send notifications to your app after you have paid for tickets.
We recommend all our customers to opt in for receiving notifications on the mobile app so as to receive these.
